  • Peer-reviews & Unit Testing (using Mocha + Chai + Sinon).
  • Novel solo projects, such as database migration and SSO with parent company using a variety of different technologies.
  • Key player in a multi-year mobile-first greenfield project (Angular.js, Laravel Lumen, SQL, Cordova/PhoneGap & CreateJS) – leading to promotion.

QA Technician, Free Radical Design

Before the financial crash at the end of 2008, Free Radical was a well-known Video Game developer.
They are now the UK branch of another famous developer - Crytek.

  • Manual testing of their latest game.
  • Using technical background to do more advanced testing, using debugging tools to check things like polygon counts and navigation meshes.
  • Created temporary hotfixes for unstable builds, so the team could continue testing.
  • Provide insight to what a cause might be, to narrow down the steps-to-reproduce.
